Is it permissible to use flour moistened with water to train mentally disabled individuals in making shapes, to facilitate the movement of their fingers, and then dispose of it after use?

Assisting and helping the disabled is one of the most important humanitarian matters that the Lawgiver encouraged, but the means used must be lawful. Using flour to tamper with it and shape it as a form of training is impermissible, due to the disrespect shown towards food, which the Lawgiver commanded to be honored. Instead, they should be trained to make bread to eat it or give it to animals, or to use clay or other soft materials for training.
