What is the ruling on dealing with pirated software at work, whether by using a password created with it, or business cards designed with it, or helping a colleague who uses it, or dealing with a product likely made with pirated software?

It is not permissible to use copyrighted programs without the permission of their owners. Using an internet password does not constitute an infringement on the rights of copied programs, even if the password was created with a copied program. The prohibition falls upon the one who used the copied program to create the password. Assisting a colleague in their work is not permissible if it involves aiding in the use of pirated software, such as downloading, installing, repairing, or guiding on how to run it, due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." However, if the assistance is in other matters that do not involve aiding in aggression, then there is no harm in it.
