Is it permissible to eat chicken that is thrown into boiling water immediately after slaughter, while it is still alive, in order to pluck its feathers?

If an animal is slaughtered and still has life in it, and it moves after being slaughtered, there is no harm in eating it. However, it is not permissible to torment it in this manner.
