What is the ruling on slaughtering a bird that has fainted from the sun, and is it permissible to eat it if its blood flows during slaughter without it moving?

Slaughtering an animal that is on the verge of death is legally desirable (mustahabb), and some scholars consider it an act of mercy, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Be merciful, and you will be shown mercy." If a permissible bird is slaughtered and its blood flows without movement, the majority of scholars deem its consumption permissible, in contrast to the Malikis, who stipulated a strong movement or a vigorous flow of blood.
