What is the ruling on paying money to restore a usurped right, knowing that the the reason for the usurpation of the right is due to false testimony and bribery in court?

If the case is before the court, then the final decision rests with it. However, since you have gifted the passage to your relative and he has taken possession of it, you cannot revoke the gift, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The one who revokes his gift is like a dog that vomits and then returns to its vomit." You have the right to prevent him from harming you, but you do not have the right to confiscate the passage or offer a bribe to obtain a ruling. There should be no contention between relatives; rather, they should deal with each other in the best manner. If the neighbor is a Muslim relative, he has three rights: the right of Islam, the right of neighborhood, and the right of kinship. Reconcile among yourselves with kindness and repel the harm from your relative with forgiveness and overlooking, and you will be rewarded for it. Do this seeking nearness to Allah, for "whoever pardons and makes reconciliation – his reward is due from Allah."
