What is the ruling on obtaining free medicine from a hospital designated only for employees of a government company, if: 1. The medicine is dispensed in the employee's name but is intended for one of their family members? 2. The medicine is sold, or the employee feigns illness to obtain it with the intention of selling it?

It is not permissible for an employee to take free medicine for his family or children if the granting entity provides it only for him. Nor is it permissible for him to feign illness to obtain medicine, due to the forbidden deception and violation of the entity's conditions. If medicine is granted to a deserving patient, he may dispose of it by selling or gifting it, unless the granting entity stipulates otherwise.
