What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a wife remaining with her husband who sells alcohol, given her disapproval and condemnation of his action, and that she has a daughter with him? And should she leave him?

It is forbidden to sell alcohol to disbelievers and Muslims, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah has forbidden the sale of alcohol, dead meat, pigs, and idols." You must advise your husband, and if he does not respond, then separate from him, even if it requires ransom (khul'). If you find no means to be rid of him, you may remain with him, spending from his money only as much as is necessary, and keep your daughter in your custody.
