What is the ruling on taking equipment and tools that were used in maintenance work after the foreign company's right to utilize the station has ended and its ownership and management have transferred to the government, knowing that neither the company nor the government cares about this equipment?

If the tools are owned by a company or government and they have no desire for them, and their fate is neglect and damage, then there is no objection to taking them and benefiting from them, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever precedes to something permissible, then he has more right to it," and "Whoever precedes to something permissible that people shun out of disinterest, then he has more right to it." However, if the company or government desires them, it is not permissible to take them except with the permission of the authorized person.
