Is the action of a father, who remarried after his wife's death and became stingy with his children and prevented them from inheriting, pleasing to Allah, and what is the optimal way to deal with him in this situation?

Sons and daughters should not be angry with their father if he marries after their mother's death or during her lifetime, whether the wife is young or old, as long as it is with her consent and his ability to bear the expenses of marriage. In fact, jurists have stipulated the obligation for children to marry off a father who needs to be chaste, at their expense. The father must take care of his children and his wife with fairness, without preferring one over the other. Children must not reciprocate a father's shortcomings with shortcomings in their duty to him, because the rights of fathers over their children are more emphatic in obedience, dutifulness, and financial support.
