Does committing a sin after performing the Fajr prayer in congregation indicate Allah’s wrath, even if the sin was unintentional and its perpetrator had repented from it beforehand?

The hadith referred to is authentic, and its meaning is to encourage attending Fajr prayer in congregation due to its immense virtue. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "He is under the protection of Allah" meaning under His guarantee and preservation. This does not prevent the occurrence of sin, nor does it mean Allah's wrath upon the sinner if he repents. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "All of the children of Adam are sinners, and the best of sinners are those who repent." A Muslim must be keen on obedience and avoiding sins, and Fajr prayer helps with that. Committing a forbidden act by mistake, forgetfulness, or ignorance is not considered a sin, because Allah has overlooked these.
