What is the ruling on a menstruating woman entering the women's prayer area or the mosque that includes a women's Quranic school, especially if entering the school is conditional upon entering the mosque? Is it permissible for her to enter for a necessary matter, such as closing a door or retrieving a lost item, given that this prayer area is the only one available for learning Quran and Tajweed?

It is permissible for a menstruating woman to enter and remain in a prayer area (musalla) that is not a mosque. As for a mosque, the majority of scholars hold that it is not permissible for her to remain in it. However, it is permissible for her to enter it as a passerby, or to retrieve an item, or for similar purposes, as long as she does not stay there and if she is confident that she will not soil it.
