Infringing upon the rights of others is forbidden in Islamic law, and this includes infringing upon websites and electronic pages through hacking and similar means. Many texts have been reported that prohibit infringing upon wealth and rights, among them the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "It is not permissible for a person to take his brother's money without a just right," and "It is not permissible for a man to take his brother's stick without his good will." Based on this, it is not permissible to benefit from a stolen email, even if its owner is not prevented from using it, because sharing it and benefiting from it without his permission is not permissible.
