What is the wisdom behind not mentioning the verse of stoning the married fornicator in the Holy Quran, while it is mentioned in the Prophetic Sunnah, and given the existence of the verse of cutting off the thief's hand in the Quran?

Allah commanded stoning and revealed a Quranic verse concerning it, which was recited during the time of the Messenger. Then its wording was abrogated, but its ruling remained, obligating عمل [its implementation] until the Day of Judgment. It has been authentically reported from Umar ibn Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, that Allah sent Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, with the truth and revealed the Book to him. Among what was revealed to him was the verse of stoning. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, stoned, and the Companions stoned after him. Similarly, Ubayy ibn Ka'b narrated that Surat Al-Ahzab was equivalent to Surat Al-Baqarah, and it contained, "The old man and the old woman, if they commit fornication, stone them definitively." Al-Bayhaqi clarified that the ruling of the stoning verse is established, but its recitation is abrogated. It must be known that what is established in the pure Sunnah does not differ from what is established in the Quran, for all of it is from Allah.
