As long as you are not certain about the emission of semen necessitating ghusl, then your fasting, prayers, and Umrah are valid. Masturbation does not invalidate the fast nor does it necessitate ghusl unless semen is discharged. The default is that one's responsibility remains unfulfilled unless there is certainty about it.
