Ghusl (ritual bath) is not necessitated by mere masturbation, but rather by the emission of semen. If its emission is not confirmed, then the default is that the fast and prayer are valid. If its emission is confirmed, and you did not perform ghusl due to ignorance, then there is a difference of opinion regarding the obligation to repeat the prayers. You may follow the opinion of those who do not consider re-performing them obligatory. As for fasting, it is not invalidated by ignorance of things that break the fast. You must abandon masturbation by seeking Allah's help, supplicating, staying away from arousal triggers, accompanying righteous women, occupying yourself with beneficial activities, and contemplating Allah's awareness of you. Repentance is obligatory for every misstep.
