Is it obligatory for someone who used to masturbate out of ignorance, and did not perform ghusl from it, nor make up her past prayers and fasts, in addition to her doubt about her purity during the Ifadah circumambulation in Hajj and 'Umrahs, to repeat what she missed?

Ghusl is not required merely by masturbating; rather, it becomes obligatory upon certainty of the emission of semen. There is no need to make up the fasts as long as the questioner was unaware of the act's prohibition. As for prayer, there is a difference of opinion regarding the necessity of making up prayers if she prayed while in a state of ritual impurity (hadath); she may act upon the opinion of those who do not deem making it up obligatory for her. Her Hajj and Umrah are valid, and doubt about an act of worship after completing it does not affect its validity. It appears that the questioner is afflicted with waswasah (obsessive whispering), and she must be wary of it.
