Is it permissible to continue responding to the slanders of a Christian website that insults the Messenger, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, taking into consideration Allah’s saying: "And He has already revealed to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah being denied and ridiculed, do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them. Indeed, Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together," and His saying: "And when you see those who engage in [offensive] discourse concerning Our verses, then turn away from them until they enter into another conversation. And if Satan should cause you to forget, then do not remain after the reminder with the wrongdoing people"?

Thank you for your zeal for the religion of Allah. However, it is advised not to delve into the arena of doubts until one has strengthened their knowledge of Islamic rulings and faith, as there are benefits in doing so: 1. Preserving the religion from overzealous individuals who lack sufficient knowledge. 2. Protecting the overzealous from being swept away by doubts that might weaken the heart. As Ibn al-Qayyim said about Shaykh al-Islam: "Do not make your heart like a sponge for objections and doubts, absorbing them... Rather, make it like solid glass, where doubts pass over its surface." 3. Saving time and not wasting it with obstinate individuals. 4. Choosing the appropriate method for da'wah (invitation to Islam) with wisdom and knowledge.

As for the brother remaining in a forum where the religion is insulted, there is no specific answer without knowing the forum's situation, the da'i's (caller to Islam) situation, and whether he is allowed to respond. If he cannot respond and is prevented from doing so, there is no reason for him to remain.

Shaykh al-Uthaymeen advised against reading misleading books, except for those who possess a strong foundation of knowledge. As for the beginner, it is not permissible for him to do so lest he be affected by falsehood. Therefore, he must first fortify himself with religious knowledge.
