Is it permissible for a woman to preside over the Muslim Students' Association in a German city with a small Muslim population?

There is no harm in a woman holding the position of director of a government hospital, provided she adheres to the Sharia guidelines in dealing with and interacting with men. However, it is preferable for men to hold such positions that necessitate interaction and mingling with men.
