Is feed that contains only 3% meat and bone meal, which undergoes cooking, drying, and grinding processes, then is mixed with corn, soybeans, vitamins, and medications, and is used as food for poultry, cattle, goats, and sheep, considered halal or haram?

If the crushed meat and bones are from an animal that was ritually slaughtered (dhakāh) and are pure, then there is no objection to using them in animal feed. If they were impure and then transformed into a pure substance, it is permissible to use the feed. However, if they were impure and did not transform, it is not permissible to use them, even if the proportion is small, because they would contaminate whatever they are added to. It is also a condition that this does not result in harm to humans or animals.
