Is it permissible to drink bone broth made from the bones of an animal not slaughtered according to Islamic law (non-halal meat)?

It is forbidden to eat carrion and all its parts, to cook it, or to drink its broth, due to the Almighty's saying: ﴿Forbidden to you are carrion﴾. Similarly, it is not permissible to sell or buy carrion, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: «Indeed, Allah and His Messenger have forbidden the sale of alcoholic beverages, carrion, swine, and idols». The bone of carrion is impure according to the majority of jurists, and therefore, the broth made from it is impure. Consequently, it is not permissible to buy carrion bones, to cook them, or to drink their broth.
