Is it permissible to eat poultry that feeds on feed made from bones and minced, dried meat?

It is not permissible to use feed that contains impure substances in its manufacturing process for feeding animals and birds if the impurity remains in it. However, if the impurity transforms into another substance and loses its effect, then it is permissible to use it as feed. Nevertheless, it is better to seek an alternative that is free from doubt. As for "jallalah" animals (those whose primary food is impure substances), their meat is disliked (makrooh) but not forbidden (haram). It is preferable to confine them for a few days before slaughtering them to purify them.
