What is the ruling of the Sharia on a person buying a car in installments from a bank, then becoming unable to pay, and another person paying an amount to the original owner and continuing to pay the installments to the bank so that he can own the car?

Purchasing a car through a bank takes two forms: The first is permissible under three conditions: that the bank does not stipulate a late payment penalty, that the client does not sign a binding purchase contract before the bank takes possession of the car, and that the bank does not require an upfront payment before it takes possession of the car. The second form is prohibited, which is when the bank pays the price of the car to the client and then collects it from him in installments with an increase. And whoever buys a car through a permissible or impermissible means, it is permissible for him to sell it for an immediate or installment price, but it is not permissible for the buyer to take his place in paying off the usurious installments. However, if the car owner undertakes to pay his installments himself, and he is the one dealing with the bank, and the buyer pays him the installments, then there is no objection.
