Is a small amount of shed blood that touches the body or clothing forgivable? And is the blood remaining on a slaughtered animal's neck after washing it considered shed blood and impure?

The scholars have explicitly stated that gushing blood is impure and unlawful. They differed, however, on whether a small amount of it can be overlooked, with most of them affirming that it can be overlooked due to hardship. If the place of the gushing blood is washed, but some of it remains in the veins of the neck, it is impure. However, if the neck is thoroughly cleaned and no gushing blood remains in it, then it is pure, and any blood within it is pure.
