What is the ruling on one who swore by disbelief, intending it, then repented? What is the ruling on his action regarding that which he swore to, and does he become an unbeliever?

Whoever swears by disbelief, intending it, disbelieves. His ruling differs from one who swears by it while detesting it, or like one who swears by disbelief to refrain from doing something, not intending disbelief. Whoever repents after his disbelief, Allah will accept his repentance.
