When were the Torah and the Gospel distorted, and is the Torah found in the Bible the same Torah found among the Jews?

The distortion of the Torah began after its loss multiple times due to the invasions and destruction suffered by the Jews, especially after Nebuchadnezzar burned the Temple and exiled them to Babylon. Rahmatullah al-Hindi mentioned that the Torah ceased to exist during this event, and then the Jews introduced into it what was not originally part of it when they rewrote it.

As for the distortion of the Gospel, it began with Paul, who converted to Christianity to undermine it. He wrote his pagan epistles, claiming they were principles he received from Christ. Paul influenced the change in the description of Christ from "Son of Man" to "Son of God." He also abolished the exclusivity of Jesus's faith to the Jews, allowing polytheists to enter it, and abrogated the law of circumcision and other laws.

The Torah believed in by Jews differs from that found in the Bible among Christians, as Jews believe in books that Christians reject.
