The answer

The Torah that was revealed to Moses, peace be upon him, was written on tablets. Its distortion began early, after his death, and continued throughout the centuries. The distortion occurred due to the interruption of its sound transmission after enemy attacks and destruction, which led to its re-writing by individuals like "Ezra" after its loss, in addition to the rabbis altering texts and adding what they desired to them, attributing it to Allah. Despite this, the Torah during the time of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, contained some correct texts. However, the truth within it was mixed with falsehood and distortion, making it difficult to distinguish the truth. Therefore, one should not believe them or disbelieve them in what they narrate.
