Does divorce occur if a man swears by triple divorce upon his wife that she should not go to a certain hairdresser, and the wife goes to that hairdresser without his knowledge of the oath?

If you suspend your wife's divorce upon her going to a specific place, and she goes there forgetfully or unknowingly of the suspension, and she is someone who cares about such matters (meaning if she had known, she would not have gone), then the divorce does not occur, based on the hadith: "Indeed, Allah has forgiven for my nation mistakes, forgetfulness, and what they are coerced into." Similarly, divorce does not occur if it is suspended upon the action of another person, and the intention of the suspension was to prevent or encourage that person, and they performed the action forgetfully, unknowingly, or under duress. Otherwise, the divorce occurs. An exception to this is if the intention was to inform them of the suspension but they were not informed, then the divorce does not occur.
