Is the wedding trousseau of a girl who died before her marriage distributed among her maternal half-sisters only, or is it given out as charity on behalf of her soul?

After a person's death, their estate becomes the property of their heirs, both male and female, and must be divided among them according to Islamic law. It is not permissible to donate any part of it on behalf of the deceased without their permission. To identify the heirs and determine the method of division, they must be correctly enumerated. Sisters from the mother's side are considered among the Ashab al-Furud (Qur'anic heirs), but they may not inherit and can be excluded by others, nor do they inherit all the wealth if the deceased has Asabah (agnatic heirs). The heirs have been previously explained in Fatwa no. 98864.
