How is the estate of a woman who died leaving a daughter, a full sister, a nephew (full brother's son), and a half-nephew (half-brother's daughter) divided?

The daughter receives one half, based on the Almighty's saying: (And if there is only one, she gets half). The full sister receives the other half by ta’sib (residuary heirship) because sisters with daughters become ’asabat (residuary heirs). As for the brother's son and the brother's daughter, they inherit nothing. We stress that inheritance matters are complex and intricate, and a mere fatwa is insufficient. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation.
