Does a divorce, in which the husband stipulated the abortion of the the fetus and the wife went back on it, take effect?

The divorce is valid because it is an immediate, unconditional act. The husband's condition of aborting the pregnancy is null and void, as abortion is forbidden. The wife must repent to Allah for seeking divorce if it was without a valid Shar'i (Islamic legal) excuse.
