How are an inherited house and car divided among the wife, son, daughter, mother, and father?

If a man dies and leaves behind a wife, a son, a daughter, a mother, and a father, his estate is divided as follows: the wife gets one-eighth (3 shares out of 24), the father gets one-sixth (4 shares), the mother gets one-sixth (4 shares), and the remaining (13 shares) go to the son and daughter, with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females. The heirs may agree to sell the properties and divide the money, or keep them for rent and divide the rental income.
