What is required of the pilgrim who abandoned Sa'y seven years ago, believing his Hajj to be invalid because of it, and then performed Hajj and Umrah?

Whoever delays their question about the ruling on something for seven years or more, must inquire about their religious obligation before acting. If they have already acted and are doubtful about some of their deeds, they should ask about them immediately. However, since the matter has already occurred, they must go to Mecca and perform Umrah, then perform the first Sa'i, because it is a debt owed by them, and the pilgrimages they performed thereafter were separate and not intended as an expiation.
