Displaying and promoting the goods of others for sale is permissible in , either through leasing (where the exhibitor leases space in their location), or by acting as a sales agent for a fee, or through brokerage (mediation between buyer and seller). Both of these are permissible. However, making the commission a percentage of the sale is a matter of dispute. The majority of jurists prohibit it, while some scholars permit it. According to the view that permits it, there is no harm in making the commission 15% or less or more.
