What is the ruling on selling goods that the merchant does not own in advance, marketing women's dresses, and selling products that contain drawings of animate beings?

There is no objection to mediating in the sale of dresses, even if they are used in a forbidden manner, unless it is known with certainty or by strong presumption that the buyer intends to use them for something unlawful. It is permissible to take a commission for mediating between the buyer and store owners, provided that the person from whom the commission is taken is aware of this, and the buyer is not led to believe that the entire price is for the item, while a part of it is a commission.
