Continue to strive against yourself, for Allah guides those who strive, and do not despair, for every ailment has a cure. Treat your heart so it may strengthen to resist desires and doubts, and be mindful of Allah's watchful eye, remembering the reward of the patient. Read the book "Al-Daa' wa al-Dawaa'" (The Disease and the Cure) by Ibn al-Qayyim, associate with the righteous, acquire beneficial knowledge, and avoid isolation.
