So long as your husband's oath specifically pertained to your leaving the house and going to a place other than your daughter's school without his permission, and you did not go to another place, but rather stopped near your house on your way back from the school to respond to the police and wait for the girl's mother, then this does not break your husband's oath and no divorce occurs.
