How is the inheritance divided among a wife, one daughter, a full sister, two maternal brothers, and two maternal sisters?

The mother's siblings are completely excluded by the inheriting offspring (the daughter), so they receive nothing from the inheritance. If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of inheriting offspring, the daughter receives one-half, and the full sister receives the remainder by ta'sib (residuary heirship). The estate is thus divided into eight shares: one share for the wife, four shares for the daughter, and three shares for the full sister.

Matters of inheritance are serious and complex and should not rely solely on a fatwa. Rather, they must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be an heir, bequests, debts, or other rights unknown to the heirs that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
