Is the husband forbidden to his wife who betrayed him and then repented, and then she read that it is not permissible for him to have intercourse with her before her womb is clear by one menstrual cycle, and she does not know whether he had intercourse with her before or after her womb was clear?

The adulterous wife must perform sincere repentance and conceal her sin, informing no one of what occurred, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever commits any of these abominable deeds, let him conceal himself with the concealment of Allah, for whoever exposes his deed to us, we will carry out the Book of Allah upon him." She should then continue her life with her husband. His conjugal relations with her before ensuring she is not pregnant (istibra') are permissible, according to the preponderant opinion.
