Is a woman forbidden to her husband if she commits adultery and then her husband has intercourse with her before her womb is cleansed? And is her continued marital relationship with him after that considered adultery? And is she subject to the Hadd punishment for adultery if she believed and consented to that?

The woman is not obligated to inform her husband about what occurred with her, and it is permissible for him to have intercourse with her without waiting for her to be pure. She must offer sincere repentance to Allah for what she did, and seek forgiveness and repent for undertaking an action she believed to be forbidden, even if it was, in reality, permissible.
