Is it permissible for me to wear a wide skirt and blouse at work instead of the official uniform consisting of a blouse and trousers, knowing that I work as a physical therapist?

The Muslim woman's duty is to cover her entire body from those who are not permitted to see it, with modest clothing. If this condition is met, there is no objection to the attire being a wide skirt and a wide blouse or other similar garments. The female therapist must restrict her work to treating women, unless a man is compelled to seek her help and cannot find a male therapist to treat him. In such a case, she may treat him, while avoiding anything that incites temptation and avoiding being in seclusion with him.
