Is the supplication "La ilaha illa Allah..." specific to the nighttime only, or does it include any time a sleeper awakens?

The virtue mentioned in the applies only to those who wake up during the night, then say and do what is stated in the Hadith. As for those who wake up during the day, this virtue does not include them.
