What is the ruling on paying a sum of money to continue working online, given that this amount is fully refunded upon termination of the contract?

It is not permissible to work with this company because the amount paid to it at the beginning of the work is a loan, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade combining a loan and a sale. And leasing is like selling. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A loan combined with a sale is not lawful," and since the employee is hired by the company, the leasing here is like selling.
