Does my father have the right to force me to divorce my husband, whom I want, especially since the cause of the dispute does not concern me personally, but rather a conflict between my brother and my husband's sister?

It is not permissible for a father to command his daughter to seek a divorce from her husband or to compel her to do so, because his action is forbidden and considered an act of incitement (takhbib), which is prohibited by Islamic law. This is the path of sorcerers and devils. The daughter must not obey her father in this matter; rather, she should remain in her husband's home and obey him, for her husband has a greater right over her than her parents. Nevertheless, she must treat her father kindly, show him dutifulness, and not mistreat him.
