Is the printed letter in the Qur'an created?

The speech of Allah Almighty is uncreated, whereas the actions of His servants, such as uttering, writing, printing, and the ink and paper, are created. The Qur’an, whether recited, written, or memorized in hearts, is the uncreated speech of Allah, while the vessels that carry it are created. Thus, Allah is the Creator, and your writing and actions are created, and everything other than Allah is created.
