Is it permissible for a young farmer to marry a Bedouin girl with whom he had intercourse and who is not a virgin, knowing that there is social disparity between them?

Establishing a relationship with a foreign woman outside the bounds of marriage is a sin, and the crime of adultery is among the greatest abominations. One must repent to Allah and sever this relationship. If a lawful marriage becomes possible, then that is excellent; otherwise, each should go their own way. In summary, it is obligatory to sever the relationship with this woman and repent to Allah, and there is no impediment to marrying her after repentance.
