Is it permissible to sell Egyptian lands to foreigners to establish tourism projects?

Tourism is permissible in principle as long as it does not involve anything unlawful or lead to the abandonment of an obligation. However, its current concept often includes Shar'i (Islamic legal) prohibitions. The current tourist villages are dens of corruption, based on promoting immorality, selling alcohol, and manifestations of dancing, singing, and mixing between genders. Therefore, it is not permissible to sell land for the establishment of these projects, because it involves aiding in sin, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." An exception to this is only if the seller verifies that the buyer will establish a project that adheres to the controls of Sharia, which is a very remote possibility.
