What is the ruling on the message: "O Lord: Whoever publishes Ayat al-Kursi, You will provide them with good tidings that will make them prostrate to God, weeping from intense joy: Ayat al-Kursi – if you please, send it to ten of your friends with the intention of relief"?

There is no objection to sending messages via communication channels inviting the dissemination of the Qur’an and remembrance (dhikr), as this is a form of enjoining good and cooperating in righteousness and piety. Similarly, there is no objection to supplicating for those who guide to good, and to enjoining one another to righteous deeds with the intention of attaining relief, for this is a permissible form of seeking intercession through good deeds.
