There is no objection to publishing such a topic in forums and via email, as it is advice and an admonition that touches the heart, even if its wording needs refinement. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, a servant may utter a word pleasing to Allah, not thinking much of it, by which Allah raises him in ranks." And whoever points to good and calls to it will have a reward similar to that of its doer.
