If you are not qualified to compile and author books, then dedicate yourself to seeking knowledge until you become qualified. If you wish to disseminate what benefits people, then disseminate the books and fatwas of trustworthy scholars that people need. If you are qualified to compile and author, then there is no harm in compiling a book, attributing each statement to its speaker.
