Is it permissible for veiled women to attend a mixed wedding party with unveiled women who wear makeup, in the absence of men?

It is permissible for a veiled woman to remove her hijab at a wedding, provided certain conditions are met: she must be safe from the gaze of non-mahram men, she must not be photographed in a way that the pictures could fall into the hands of those who are not permitted to see them, she must have her husband's permission if she is married, and she must maintain her 'awrah (modesty) in front of other women. It is important to know that a woman going out into the street without a hijab is absolutely impermissible.
